This wedding at the Willow Brook Country Club in Tyler TX that I am about to share with you was such a joy to be a part of! I absolutely LOVED working with Jessica & Jesse, and it was such a blessing to be a part of their BIG day. When I first spoke with Jessica, it was actually over the phone since she was living near Houston at the time, but I quickly realized we were going to LOVE working together. She was so easy to talk to and was completely open when it came to the overall design.
FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH IN TYLER TX - WEDDING CEREMONY
Jessica & Jesse got married at Jesse’s family church in Tyler, First Presbyterian Church. The tall ornate ceiling and beautiful tall windows that line the side aisles of the church made it one of the most gorgeous ceremonies of the year! The bridesmaids wore long dusty rose bridesmaid dresses, and the groomsmen wore grey suits, while ceremony musicians played music as they walked down the aisle. And after the ceremony, the guest threw white rose petals as the bride and groom exited the church! It was such a romantic church exit and guests had a blast taking Instagram photos with all the rose petals in the background.
As the couple took pictures at the church, the guests headed to the Willow Brook Country Club for the reception and found their name on the blush framed seating chart in the Willow Brook Country foyer and signed a picture book of the couple.
WILLOW BROOK COUNTRY CLUB - WEDDING RECEPTION
The reception was held in the main ballroom of the Willow Brook Country Club. As guests walked into the reception, they found their seat in the Willow Brook Country Club ballroom filled with a mixture of round and long tables, each with gold float frame table numbers. At the center of the reception was the head table with a long chiffon runner, tall lush green and white flower arrangements, and the bride and groom’s chairs had green and white flowers on the back. All the tables had champagne linens, white king chairs, and each place setting had a menu with the couple’s monogram and an olive branch. The florals were a mix of green and white flowers and were placed in gold vases to go along with the overall color scheme
As the night went on the guests danced the night away with music from the LIVE 5 band (that even did a cover of “Ice Baby” and let me tell you it was epic! Lol) that kept everyone on the dance floor the entire evening. When it was time to leave guests lite sparklers and the bride and groom kissed under a tunnel of sparkler lights right outside the Willow Brook Country Club’s entry. It was the perfect end to a romantic night!
