Madeline & Colin’s brunch wedding at The Orchard in Azle TX was colorful, vintage, and fun! And was even featured in Brides of North Texas! Madeline wanted the wedding to have a shabby chic theme, but with tones of colorful wedding décor. So we allowed the décor to showcase multiple vintage items, and the flowers providing by Lush Couture to add the color.
THE ORCHARD AZLE TX WEDDING CEREMONY
The Orchard, which you can find even more details about on our Fort Worth Wedding Venues blog post, created the perfect backdrop for this outdoor wedding. The bride and groom decided to have their spring nuptials in front of the wooden trellis that was provided by the Orchard. It was draped in white fabric and had a crystal chandelier in the center. We wanted to find ways to bring the indoors outdoors, so we placed two white doors for guests to walk through as they entered the ceremony, and a vintage suitcase held the programs. As the wedding party began to process, everybody could not stop talking about how cute the flower girl and nephew were as they walk down! The ringbearer had the cutest little suit I think I have ever seen!

After the ceremony as the couple took pictures, some guests enjoyed live music and played yard games on the lawn next to the pavilion, while others sat in pink and cream vintage seating under The Orchard’s pavilion provided by Rent My Dust. When guests began to enter the reception hall, they were surrounded, by tables with ivory linens, blush napkins, and vintage china plates that added a pop of color to the table. However, the flowers were the main focus.
They were AMAZING and Lush really outside themselves!! They were mixed with large pink peonies (My fav!), yellow, purple, blue, and blush roses with lush greenery. Everyone had a blast as the reception kicked off with live music, brunch, and even a mimosa bar! (Who does not love a good mimosa!?! Not me lol) It was the perfect shabby chic brunch wedding and I am so glad I got to be apart of it!
