The Firefly Gardens Wedding |Peach Texas Wedding

Tierney & Robert’s wedding at the Firefly Gardens in Midlothian TX was filled will tons of beautiful spring Texas colors! And I am so excited to share it with everyone!!
When I first met Tierney & Robert, they had just chosen a venue, and when I heard that it was Firefly Gardens I was immediately ecstatic!! I wanted to create a design that not only reflected Tierney & Robert’s love of Texas but also incorporated her love of peach & pinks into the color scheme.

FIREFLY GARDENS - CEREMONY

Tierney & Robert got married at the large outdoor white terrace that is located right outside of Firefly Garden’s reception hall. It was a perfect May day with plenty of sunshine and a slight breeze, that allowed guest to stay cool as the ceremony progressed. The bridesmaids wore blush dressed and held apricot, peach, & pink bouquets, while the groomsmen wore classic black tuxes. It was honestly a picture perfect outdoor ceremony.

As the couple took pictures at the church, the guests headed to the Firefly Garden’s patio for cocktail hour and found their names on the wood seating chart outside the venue’s front doors.

FIREFLY GARDENS - RECEPTION

The reception was held in the Firefly Gardens main room. As guests walked in they were immediately struck by the venue’s tall glass wall that allowed for plenty of beautiful light throughout the reception. Each guest found their seat in the reception room that was filled with a mixture of round and long tables, each with watercolor table numbers. At the center of the reception was the head table with a long apricot runner, silver lanterns, peach escort cards (our favorite part!!) and the bride and groom’s chairs were adorned with a hand painted fabric that noted Mr. & Mrs. All the tables had ivory linens, white chivari chairs, and each place setting had a menu with the couple’s monogram and a peach napkin.

As the night went on the guests enjoyed the wedding cake, that was made by the mother of the bride. (How sweet is that!?!) And when it was time to leave guests held sparklers as the bride and groom kissed under a tunnel of sparkler lights right outside the Firefly Gardens large windows. It was the perfect end to a perfect spring night!
